Quality Guarantee We stand by our jewellery completely and if for any reason you are not delighted with your jewellery, send it back for a credit note. Return shipping is at your expense but we will exchange or repair your Roisin Mai jewellery Free of Charge. Please note, this may not apply to custom items and you must remember to email or otherwise contact us first! Unexpected returns will not be respected.
Packaging Each piece comes in a plastic zip-lock bag and is beautifully gift-wrapped (free) and placed in a beautiful satin pouch, which is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a bubble-envelope for secure shipping.
We recommended that you store your lovely jewellery in the plastic zip-lock pouch when not in use to help prevent tarnish.
Shipping Free Shipping on all orders! Many items are made-to-order and we aim to have every order in the post within 7-14 days.If this simply isn’t quick enough for you, please email or call and it may be possible to have your item the next working day! Please note, there may be a fee for expediated shipping. Worldwide shipping: All items are shipped free through Registered Post. Registered Post is the national premium service which offers priority handling, insurance, item tracking and a signature is required upon delivery. Please note, we cannot be responsible for any delay during shipping or duty charges at customs once the package reaches the destination country.
Within Ireland: Shipping is free through Registered Post. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect items personally by appointment. Please email or contact us for details.
Payment Info All online orders are immediately processed securely through PayPal. Payments must be made by credit card but you do not need a PayPal account to do so. European customers who do not have a credit card or would prefer to pay another way, please contact us for details. We are open to payments of all kinds! - Cheque, postal order or bank transfers are welcome from within Europe and Irish customers can arrange to pay in cash and collect their items personally from our studio in Dublin. We cannot release orders until payment has cleared.

Any information we collect from you is for processing orders only and will never be sold, shown or shared with anybody else without your consent.All online credit cards payments are processed securely through Paypal and we never see your credit card details.
